Every three years CHANGE, Inc. conducts a needs assessment of the counties in its service area of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel in West Virginia and Jefferson in Ohio. The survey is distributed throughout the area to businesses, community partners, employees, customers, and residents to gain a representative sample of the community and its needs. The responses are then analyzed to determine what programs and services are needed in the area and how CHANGE, Inc. or one of its community partners can provide the service. The 2013 Community Needs Assessment is being conducted online, and can be accessed by clicking the link below, or using the links on our Facebook Page or website at www.changeinc.org.
