A special thank you to Weirton  Wal-Mart for your continued support of RSVP bake sales and donations on behalf of RSVP.

Thank you to  Margaret Freshwater for your hard work in preparing for the Follansbee Community Days Fundraising event of $210.60.  Thank you to Frances Ford, Mary Tennant, Vivian Hunt , Josephine Patrone and Florence Kahley for crafts and baked goods.  A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all 30 booth volunteers.   33 free stuffed animals were distributed. 86 free books were given to children on behalf of Operation READ Project.   Also, approximately 80 books were distributed to Weirton Christian Center from the Charleston Area Operation READ collections.

4 needed at the Hancock County Senior Center to assist in Kitchen Area.  Alternate Monday – Friday   11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
* To quilt at Overbrooke Quilters – Wednesday 9:00 – 12:00 a.m.
* Brooke County Committee on Aging is needing volunteers to serve at local nutrition sites.
Home Delivered Meals - Wheeling needs Delivery Volunteers Thurs & Fri  (2 hours 10 a.m.-12 noon).
* Weirton United Way - Tag Day August 29, 2008. 
* Wyngate - Companionship for residents.
